Recapping the 52nd Annual 100 Club: A Night of Community & Tradition
There is a unique energy that fills the room during the 100 Club, and this year was no exception. We recently hosted our 52nd Annual event at the Austin Country Club, and the evening served as a powerful reminder of the vibrant spirit and pride that define the Austin business community.
From the first pour to the final raffle draw, the night was filled with laughter, networking, and the friendly competition that has made this event a local staple since its inception in 1974.
Fun, Games, and Community Impact
The atmosphere remained high all night, thanks in large part to Dave Thompson, who served as our Master of Ceremonies. With 10 raffle games on the line, the excitement was palpable as attendees vied for prizes and enjoyed an evening of appetizers and drinks with colleagues and friends.
While the games provide the entertainment, the true heart of the 100 Club is its impact. As one of our major annual events, the 100 Club plays a vital role in sustaining local traditions. The proceeds from the night directly support the Austin Independence Day Parade and various other Chamber programs that strengthen our local business ecosystem.
A Team Effort
An event of this scale is only possible through the dedication of a "village" of supporters. We want to extend a massive thank you to our incredible volunteers and the ticket sellers who worked tirelessly to make the night a success. Because tickets for this event are known to sell out quickly, their efforts in coordination and outreach are essential to keeping this tradition thriving year after year.
