Exhibitor Application

Show hours each day are from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.  Vendors must be open and staffed the entire time.  You must be on the grounds no later than 10:30 a.m. and must remain on the grounds until 10:30 p.m.  If you think you may need to use your vehicle during this time, you may want to consider leaving your trailer with your booth and parking your vehicle outside the grounds in any designated parking area.  Please upload a copy of your Minnesota Sales Tax Permit Number with this application.

All fees must accompany your application.  Payment on day of event will not be permitted.  If paying by Check, please make payable to: Austin Chamber and send to 329 N. Main Street, Suite 102, Austin, Mn  55912. 


Your booth information and site map will be mailed to the address on your application within two weeks of the event.
